Ready set go...... Look out Europe... Here we come.

Twas the weekend before travel and all through the house, not even a mouse...... NOT!!!!! There is cleaning, packing, washing, folding, shopping and panicking happening around here as we move rapidly towards our new adventure. Greg is so excited about travelling business class and I am getting very excited about Europe before Christmas, all the lights, decorations etc that I remember from my childhood and of course the Christmas Markets.

I have hand made about 50 Christmas cards so I can be ready to send out my cards on the 1st December... where ever I am... but as usual, when it is card sending time... I have lost the address book. Heaven help me.

Tonight we carried on a tradition (a bit early I know) of getting the boys to decorate their own Christmas tree, and set up their own Nativity scene. The deal is that they can play with their tree and their Nativity Scene as much as they like.... but they don't touch my decorations (it works most of the time). They are so excited and want Christmas to be now. I don't think they understand that we are going away for a month and hope they will have forgiven us by the time we get back.

Here is our itinerary and I promise that the blogs of what we are doing will be more exciting than this initial blog and will have pictures, anecdotes etc. Look out Europe... here we come
