Hey Everyone,
Sorry for another belated blog, once we start moving up the coast and all the exciting new things kick in again im sure we will be updating all the time! Me and Jamie are still living in the beautiful melbourne and are very settled in our flat and in our jobs, with me still at La Vita and Jamie being promoted at FW1 to a team leader! This meant him being flown up to sydney in the morning and coming back the same night, and Jamie really appreciated being flown to the capital on buisness and he got a good bonus! However, we obviously haven't flown around the world to settle into a house and new jobs so next week (on the 15th) we are flying to sydney and starting an all new adventure! We are booked in for a week at Billabong Garden hostel, which we are hoping will be much more fun than base, especially as Julz and Nicole are also currently staying there and give it good reviews! We're hoping to stay in Sydney for around 2 months before travelling all the way up the East coast although some of the places we wanted to
visit such as mission beach and the whitsundays have been affected by Cyclone Yasi so we 'll have to see how the clean up is going on in northern queensland! It's also been great seeing some of friends more recently in our new home city with Julian staying here through January and the start of Febuary and working at the sister restaurant next door to my work and Nicole visiting for a a couple of weeks in march from the UK and it was nice for both of us having some of our best friends here to show around the city! Jamie also got to go on a selling road trip with work to town of Sale (no pun intended) on the east coast outside of Melbourne and Port Phillip bay (around a 4 hour drive). He stayed in a motel with a few of his really good friends from the job and got to sell the product in an area unused to market salesman which made the profits much better! But if you want to ask some one about that Jamie can now tell you everything there is to know about sales productivity and targets! Last night we went
to see Rihanna being supported by Calvin Harris, Far East Movement and Alexis Jordan which was an incredible concert! whoever says that rihanna cannot sing live can't ever of seen her perform! Thats all from me enjoy the new photos and will write soon when we are officially Sydneysiders! xxx
