After waking up to a very frosty morning and some last minute packing, a few teary farewells and dropping Buddy off to his new home we were away as the sun was breaking thru.
We have done about 530K today and are now in Bordertown, we have wimped out on putting the camper up and are staying in the Bordertown Hotel for the night. It is raining and want to get an early start so we can get past Port Augusta tomorrow.
Our Southern Land camper tows really well and no problem stopping to make a cuppa on the roadside with everything very handy. Still have some empty spaces in the vehicle and camper so I am wondering what we have forgotten, maybe I could have packed some more shoes!
Kimberley here we come!
