Hi All,

We are camping in a lovely spot named American River. A pretty little place, with a general store and not much else.

Having a great time, have set up camp and Glenn has had the boat in. There is a boat ramp not 200 metres away.

Had our first feed of calamari and whiting which was beautiful.

Went up to the North Coast today and will be heading back there. Beautiful beaches and great snorkelling. Didn't think the weather was going to be so kind so was ill prepared. Will try and post some photos.

Staying here till next Tuesday so have lots of time to see the rest of the island.

Glenn is still keeping fit on a walk as we speak

Hi Lovely to hear from you and to see your photos. Is Glenn having a wee in this one??? Don't forget to put some Deb shots in. It really looks a great spot Your fresh seafood meal sounds yummy particularly as it's Ash Wednesday as I write this. Mark is in Wodonga tonight for work so I have had toast for dinner. Gary and Rowan Hazelwood had a baby boy yesterday and all is well except his name..... Gavin ! Anyway they are both well and that's the important thing. Katelyn went home yesterday still a bit sore and swollen but on the mend. Such an ordeal this teeth business. Mark is heading to VB on Friday night to finish off Greg and Vicki's deck. I was going to go tomorrow night but now have to work on Friday and then attend mass on Sunday where they celebrate the start of the school year. Never mind. Don't think much else has happened. Sue is attempting to get the "girls" together for drinks at her place then dinner at a "local" restaurant. Just trying to fine tune a date. We are still enjoying some lovely weather as I'm sure you are too. Watching MKR at the moment. The Victorian couple stuffed up yet again last night. We are in Tassie tonight. Ok, stay safe.. Where are the fish photos?
Glad to hear you are enjoying Kangaroo Island. Don't go snorkellinng on the ocean side though! Where are the fish photos?
