best seat on the beach... had to check it out for myself... I absolutely, absolutely love Noosa...
Its sophisticated, upmarket, and tasteful yet casual and relaxed at the same time...
A place I could very happily settle down in...
Well... actually... the truth be known... I dont really think I am the settling down type at all... but if I was... Noosa would rate pretty highly for me...
In reality, anywhere on the Sunshine Coast is pretty special...
And with an average sunny temperature of 25 degrees all year round, one can easily understand why all the southerners want to migrate up this way... and thus, why it is so pricey...
With a population of around 54,000 across the shire... this is one very much in demand exclusive locale...
Noosa has just been voted the 3rd best beach in the South Pacific... pretty impressive I say, considering the number of gorgeous beaches one will come across anywhere along the East Coast of Queensland, not to mention all those wonderful South Pacific Islands... Think Vanuatu, Fiji, Tonga...
And loads of interesting events and festivals here all year round here...
Just to name a few... You've got...
The Kellogg’s Nutri-Grain Surf Ironman and Ironwoman Series.... Surf Lifesaving at its best
Noosa Festival of Surfing.... The Australian leg of the Australasian Longboard Tour
Audi Food and Wine Festival.... the best of the best for 3 days
Noosa Longweekend Cultural Arts Festival.... 10 days of theatre, music, literature, forums, dance, film and art
Noosa Winter Festival.... cycling, marathons, fun runs/walks, ocean swim racing - a weekend for the athlete in us all
A Taste of Coolum.... Food, Wine and Golf for 3 days at the Hyatt Regency Coolum

So... I figure there are a lot of home-grown Aussies out there that havent made a trip to Noosa yet...
Do yourself a favour... I can guarantee some of you will go home and start figuring out the means and ways to relocate to this very pretty spot...
