A quick week away

A week in some warmer weather was just what we needed. It was lovely to escape from the cold of Melbourne to the warmth of Queensland in August.

Apart from the cool nights the weather was great.

The real purpose of this trip was to catch up with my uncle & aunt (80 & 75) who were holidaying in Queensland to escape the cold of New Zealand.

They were the perfect hosts, driving us around to various scenic locations.
