Hi there,

Finally, a non-bumping bed, I had a great night. After breakfast, we got our stuff and walked to the centre of Port Douglas. It turned out to be a beautiful shopping street with lots of cute hippie shops with lots of small things. So after a cup of coffee, we split up. My dad and brother went for a walk to the lookout point and to the beach, while the girls could fo for a little shopping, and we would meet for lunch. So we ran in and out all those hippie shops for bracelets, necklaces, asian coins, and little presents for our friends. After an hour of shopping, we met at a bar to have some lunch. I had a mexican pizza with chilli con carne, nachos, guacamole, sour cream and jalapeƱos on it. So so good!! After some other shopping, we returned to our hostel, The Port O'call Ecolodge, and spend the rest of the day there. The dinner was some little snacks with pesto and cheese. After that, we got ourselves to the centre again, because my dad and brother and sister wanted to see some toadracing. When we arrived at the place, it had already begun, and there was some admission if you wanted to see it. Because of the animal cruelty, we decided not to pay the admission and went to a bar to drink something, after which we went home for some sleep.

Kisses, Rosalinde
