G'day! Hope ya all good and not too cold in England! Wierd that your all going into winter and we're going into summer! Makes it hard to remember what month it is...I still think its July time!! Anyway I'll stop rubbing it in and update ya... Left Hervey Bay and had to stop at yet another pointless compulsory stop (now can ya see why we hate the bus, we just want to get there not be forced to spend nights at places we don't want to see!). This time it was Rainbow Beach! The journey from Hervey only took 1.5 hours, but then we had to stay at Rainbow even though it was 7pm by time we got there (and we were leaving at 7.30am) so didn't really have time to see any of it! Hey Everyone, The last day at hervey bay we went for a wander after cheaking out and found the most beautiful beach, absolutply desereted. well me being me promtly went and bought a bucket and spade :) and spent the whole day building a fortress. the beach was so amazing, surrounded by lush green trees and not far away from our hostle and with lots of nice clean swimmable sea, and it was totally deserted woo! we caught the bus later and headed for our next stop. I arrived at rainbow beach at night and got very confused when the bus driver announced that we were at summerbay (from home and away!). I had a really good cheap fish and chips yum. The room gave me the creeps, it was lovely and big but the beds ... read more

Tager videre til Noosa laengere nord paa i dag for at surfe lidt.... read more

BRISBANE - (March 2007) - (Friday 16th to Sunday 19th March) - So after nearly two years in Australia, the final few days of my time here had finally arrived. After returning from the Whitsunday Islands on the evening of Thursday 15th March, I had just three more days left in Australia. However, before leaving I still had lots of things to do, one of which included clearing up the flat (photo's attached of some of our beer collection going to the tip!) and attending Rob's wedding on the Sunday, my very last full day in Australia. Friday was spent getting all my things together for the forthcoming trip, attending Friday evening drinks at my now old work place, and then heading off to the Suncorp Stadium to watch the Bronco's (Brisbane) lose yet again in ... read more
