We headed for the Kings Canyon hike. Our guides prepared us all morning for the 3 hour hike. We had to drink water all morning. About 10 people 'do the hike I prepared myself but didn't go because i was worried about heights. About 10 people didn't go so we hiked and explored the canyon from the ground while we waited for the others.

After that we continued the trip to Kings Creek Station a working camel station.

Tonight we were spending the night in swags. We got together as a team and unloaded the truck of all the swags blankets and sheets. A sheet and blanket were placed in the swag. A blanket was also used rolled up as a pillow. We set up our swags and then had dinner cooked up by the cowboys. Following dinner we hung out by a bonfire. The cowboys all came and joined us and we played drinking games.

Everyone was a little reluctant to go to bed and not looking forward to the swags but one by one people disappeared. The swag was actually really comfortable. It was really nice being out under the starts. Without the lights of a city you could see so much out there. I think in the morning everyone was surprised about how comfortable the swags actually were.
