Last day in Katherine before heading off tomorrow to Howard springs about 30ks short of Darwin.Woke up this morning to a more acceptable temperature and the humidity has decreased .

Went to a live cattle auction on the edge of town,have a look at the video, the auctioneers really do talk fast.

Followed this up with a visit to the museum, what a great place to visit and explore Katherine's past,pictures photographs of the early days when the settler's moved in to the part that Kathrine in the 2nd world war ,together with the history of the first telegraph station in the top end.

Have arranged for the car to be serviced and the caravan wheels to be aligned whilst in Darwin, got to keep on top of things whilst on the road.Fuel is getting expensive along with the grog up here but the scenery makes up for that.
