Day 238 (19.11.07) All packed up and ready for our flight to Alice Springs we sat in our hostel and waited for the shuttle bus to the airport to arrive. Some time later we were still waiting. Great to relive some of our experiences in Ozzie. Yes we well remember then heat in Kings Canyon and mum opted for the lower track while dad went round the top. We're now in France - have been cleaning, counting laundry, buying tiles for the new bathroom in Chardon ....sound familiar......today Richard got a lift pass for us and we went out skiing ..weather lovely and snow very good for November although not all runs open. Somebody has just shouted that its snowing. Dads helping Richard fit a bathroom in Chardons next week - should be interesting. Lots of love Mum and Dad

alo harry and mary.......uluru my arse! that was so obviously a cardboard cutout of ayres rock dangled in front of the camera..you can even see the fishing line holding it up!and if you look at the wild horses piccys under a microscope you can see the colwyn bay mountain zoo sign in the background(by the way both horses are welsh cobs)keep up the world tour scam though ,it is faintly amusing have sent all your piccys to interpol and the australian embassy in london to be used as evidence in your impending impersonating a backpacker trial.if you feel the need to come home just shout"im an amdram celebrity,get me out of here"xxxxxxxxxxxx
