I finally arrived in Sydney after the best flight from Singapore, it was an emirates flight but operated by Quantas, and it was a Quantas airplane. At first I was very disappointed in this because of the size of the tv in the seats and the planes was not as luxurious as the emirates planes I had just been on, however I was really tired from the previous flights to Dubai and Singapore as I had not been able to sleep on either as both times I had been sat next to someone who had no idea about personal space and kept elbowing me and kicking my feet!! So when the pilot came over the plane tannoy and said that there were lots of free seats but we had to stay where we were for take off because of the weight but after take off we could move I was so happy! I ended up with a row to myself and didn't even need to move, so I managed to sleep for the entire flight! The flight was so empty that I think everyone on the flight could have their own row!

me because I hadn't put my middle name on my visa but apart from that I got through ok and collected my bag. I found the train station ok it's under the airport and got my ticket and waited for the train. I had such a shock when the train pulled up it they are massive, the train carriages are like double decker busses you get on to a middle section with seats and there are stairs going up and down from this section with more seats! I got to central station ok then I had to make my way to another platform and get on another train to woy woy this train was equally as big but not as new. I had another shock when I got on the train as a man walked into the carragie and went to sit over the asile from me, he went to sit in a seat arrangement of 4 with 2 seats facing the other two seats, but he held the back of the middle seats and picked it up and pushed it across as he did the seats flipped and were now facing the other way facing two new seats, and

he was now looking at the back of seats rather than the fronts. This amazed me!
The train went through beautiful scenery on the way to woy woy, through jungle trees and over water/lakes it was very pretty.
Jacqui came to meet me at the station to take me to her house, we stopped at a litte shop, which reminded me of a market but with a roof. We got to the house and she cooked me a lovely breakfast with bacon and eggs. She went to work while I sorted out my stuff, showered and slept.
The house is lovely and is open plan with a balcony overlooking the little town of terrigal, and its beach.. Very beautiful. Over the hill away from terrigal at the back of the house is another bay with another town, so the house is situated on a peninsula between the two bays and towns.
I slept most of yesterday after the flight woke up for dinner and went back to sleep in the evening and slept right through until half 9 this morning! I have had a lovely day so far I relaxed and ate some breakfast this morning,

then I had a shower and unpacked my bag. I went for a stroll down the hill into the town, had a look in some of the shops and went to the beach and walked along the sand. It was very hot and sunny so I didn't stay out for long, when I got back I sat out on the balcony and ate some crisps. I will upload the pictures of the view from the balacony and the pictures I took whislt down at the beach. I might have a little wander to the other Town and beach tomorrow and then the plan is to go to Sydney with Jacqui at the weekend to start backpacking and book a hostel. :-)
