Hey everybody so we are in our last few hours in Sydney and defiantly going to miss Australia...after spending an hour talking to Joanna we have finally booked our hostel for Thailand which was running a tad late but my head has been in some funny places recently so am organised-sort of for at least 2 days into Bangkok.

So to fill you all in....

after we left Brisbane we headed to Surfers Paradise which we had been told is pretty similar to Benidorm...so we were ready and waiting for some wonderful sights ha! Our hostel was called backpackers in paradise and it was very paradise like should have been renamed Backpackers in Benidorm as we agreed it was quite similar!

We met a very mad irish man called Willy who followed us around for a day he was nice and chatty but a little zaney ha! The waves at surfers were pretty big and we had a battle to stay upright when they crashed in but all fun 😊

Next we moved on to Byron bay which was lovely and had a lovley feel to it with hippy shops and lots of rainbow colours everywhere was lovely the hostel was nice and comfy so we settled in. We headed out and went body boarding for about 4 hours where my injury number 4 happend were i got the cord wrapped around my arm we were under the tube and it pinched me so badly that it immedialty came up in a huuuuge bruise and stang like hell!! but it defianlty isnt/ wasnt as bad as my past injuries!

We went on a day tour to Nimbin where people smoke to much pot which was a strange place to be but yet again very colourful place as they are all on mushrooms! ha

on the 12th chlo and i went on a long walk in the rain to a light house about 2hours away up some very steep steps made and it had a lovely view of byron bay at sunset...was a little cloudy but we saw some lovely sunshine rays beaming down over byron which was beautiful.

the next day we headed to a place called Spot X near to Coffs Harbour where we had a 3 day stay at a surf camp, we met some girls from bromley and one of the girls brothers is a P.E teacher at Ravenswood her name was Louise but cant remember the surname! sorry joanna. Very nice girls very funny and spent the next 2days laughing hysterically which was lovely to pick our spirits up 😊

On the thursday we headed into Sydney very late at night and drove over the Sydney Harbour Bridge looking out at all the lights on the opera house lit up and pretty amazing way to enter Sydney for the first time...made us very excited for the few days to come.

The next day we quickley moved out to Bondi which wasnt a far off bus journey and made our way up a verrrry steep hill with my backpack weighing 23kg it was a struggle to say the least but i definatly think we are much fitter than when we left! Bondi was lovely expensive but nice beach and again did a walk from Bondi beach to Coogie it was raining again but didnt spoil the views much...we are british we dont mind a bit of rain and cold! ha

So here we are in Sydney central in the middle of it all...great hostel kitted out like a train carriage.

The first day we got here we went on a sighseeing bus tour of the city hopping on and off the bus taking in the sites and being proper tourists yay lots of picutres and memories remebered. Yesterday we did a Blue Mountain tour which was pretty spectacular looking out over the views to the Three Sisters and amazing views of down below waterfalls and lush forest! pretty amazing! we are lucky girlies 😊

Today has been a bit mad checking out checking in packing bags and re packing them gettin money and sorted out a hostel for our next adventures in Thailand!

Very exicted to be starting our next part but very sad to be leaving Oz but I will be back some day to do the rest of it I hope theres still so much to see in a place like this with huge amounts of space...you cant begin to realise unless youve been here how much this country has!

To leave you on an up note and get you all thinking the Blue mountains tour guide told us this lovley saying that inspired me a little bit more to enjoy every day as it comes....
