St Patricks day in Sydney. These people celebrate it more than we do! Gareth came up with the inspired idea to have a fry with potato bread - which of course they dont have here - so.......I attempted to make some. It was actually edible! Saturday 14th March 2009 Work today was nothing out of the ordinary. I had a girly night in tonight at Gemma, Dean and Kat's apartment with a couple of their friends. When i got there Dean was getting ready to go out and the girls were getting some tings from round the corner at the shop. They had ordered pizza which arrived when i got there, it was lovely! Then Deans mate came over and he is a complete health freak and fitness instructor so whenever he goes out he gets really drunk because it goes straight to his head! Okay, so it is Greg doing the latest blog (So this will be brief) as Nik is working this afternoon. If memory serves me correct, the last blog entry was the Blue Mountains which was in January. Since then things have pretty much been the same here in sunny Coogee. We have now reached the end of summer and the temperature is slightly cooler at roughly 25-26 degrees. Practically all of the guys we hung about with over the summer for the last few months have left Sydney. Ian and Sam the two English boys are travelling the east coast in a camper van, Tom from Cardiff is in Perth, and Gaz and Dean from Scotland left just after NYE. Sunday 22nd Feb 2009 I had work today, it was good today, just a nice atmosphere. I had a night in and an early one tonight too i need it! Monday 23rd Feb 2009 Well i certainly needed the lye in, i slept straight thru till 3pm!!!! I had a very chilled out day and later went to Rich's to watch topgear which was brilliant. It was the one where they had to use motorbikes and then get them to be boats too! It was great! I fell asleep on the sofa so i was asked if i wanted to stay over which was handy. Friday 6th Feb 2009 Nothing to account for here i can't remeber if i did anything ineresting, i had work tho. Saturday 7th Feb 2009 Had work again. I had a txt from Scott who is Petes friend i met in my 2nd week. Asking ifi wanted to meet up. Pete was at the wedding he came back for with Jill my irish friend. I met him in Coogee bay hotel, i like it there they have a really nice beer garden! It was good to meet him, he is so funny! One of those guys that any conversation you have with him he makes you laugh. He told me about what happened to him with his foot in tyland! Oh my god! He ended up in hospital for 6 days.
