So our week in Sydney is almost up :(

The last few days have been quite interesting... that's for sure. Last time I wrote, Michelle and I ended up going to bed super early that night because we were completely exhausted.
We woke up early the next morning and grabbed some breakfast at the bakery. Sean (our friend from Ireland) came and met up when he woke up and then we decided to Venture out to Manly Beach to meet up with Brandon and Derek. We stopping in the city so Michelle could cash in some travellers cheques. Then we headed to the Wharf to take this ferry over to Manly. It only cost around 6 AUD. The view of the harbour was nothing shot of spectacular. When we finally got to Manly, the guys were wating for us. So we all sat down and had a snack and the we all walked to the beach together and did a little bit of shopping on the way.
The beach in Manly is nothing compared to the beach in Bondi. We didn't go swimming, we just sat there and I walked in the surf for awhile... it was really nice. After than we went to the Bottle Shop (the liquor store in Oz) and we picked up a few drinks and headed over to the guys hostel and we showed them we can drink with the rest of them. Lol 😊 After a few drinks and relaxing, we went for a nice steak dinner. It only cost 10AUD!!!!!!!!! that's amazing considering food in Australia is very expensive! And the dinner was delicious! Then we headed back to the Bottle Shop to get some more drinks .. haha! We played some cards and Brandon beat me! I dont like to lose! Haha
Then we headed off to a club downstairs called 'Sharkies', it was a nice little place, we had a lot of fun, they had a live band who played a bunch of different tunes. Mich and I danced and had our first Vodka RedBull .... sooooo good!! We didnt say that long as the last ferry left around midnight so we had to all rush to the ferry to head back to Bondi.
So the next day, we slept in a little which was good for Michelle and I ... we decided to do a little shopping and since we had such a good night in Manly the previous night, we headed back. We went the bar Ivy and it was a really nice place. I've decided that Manly has the best bars in Sydney. We didn't want to leave early so we cabbed with another guy from our hostel from Manly to Bondi ... let me say, it was pretty expensive but when you are drinking, its not that bad! lol 😊
It's Saturday today ... we start our Contiki Beaches and Reefs tour tomorrow! I can't believe the week is already almost over!
