This trip was a great thing to do and recommended for anyone with time and cash to do it, the people we met and the free stops were amazing, this country of ours is so vast and around every corner there is something new to see and do.

We travelled 16,500 k’s in 10 weeks, it seems a lot but we were on a time frame. For every kilometre we travelled it cost around 30.7c. Accommodation averaged out at just under $20/day. We had our own agenda and we accomplished what we set out to do. We knew that there was going to be a lot of things we couldn’t do due to dogs and time frame but in the words of a well seasoned traveller this is trip 1 of many back to N.T and W.A.

Next time we will do more National Parks, and since we have done every major cities in Australia, we will bypass them and do more of the smaller out of the way towns and places.
