Hello All,

Sorry for not posting anything yesterday or this morning, I did not have internet access. I have had a grand time these past two days and I'm sure it will only get better.

Sydney had its hottest day ever yesterday at 46 degrees celsius. It was so hot but luckily we spent the hottest part of the day swimming at Bondi Beach. In the morning we explored the Rocks in Sydney (the oldest settlement in Australia). The architecture is very different. For lunch we ate at a little bistro overlooking the Sydney Opera House and Circular Key. The view is fantastic. After lunch my host family took me to Bondi Beach. The beach is amazing; the white sands and turquoise water are magnificent. There sure were a lot of people though. The ocean was the perfect temperature to cool down from the blazing Sydney sun. Where we had dinner was even more amazing than lunch; the spot looked out over Bondi and the adjacent lap pool. My last day in Sydney was extremely memorable. We drove up to Port Macquarie after dinner and arrived here late.

The little spot we are staying at in Port Macquarie is very relaxing. There are so many activities available for use on the complex. Today we played: miniature golf, tennis, cricket and swam in the pool. It wasn't extremely sunny today so I will take some photos of the grounds when it is nicer outside.

Over and Out,

Jake.
