Relaxing @ Palm Beach

Hello everybody,

The previous weeks were very busy, a lot of deadlines and work, so a good relaxing trip to the beach had to be arranged!

Saturday early in the morning a friend and I took the bus to Palm Beach, it was a 1 hour long drive early in the morning but we where up for a nice day at the beach.
With the swimming short on Luckily the beach was not crowded at all, so we had a nice relaxing day, beautiful pictures where taken and bay-watch ones as well ! 😊

A lot of television viewers will know Palm beach is known from the Home and away series on television for being videotaped over there. Home and Away’s mythical village of Summer Bay couldn’t have chosen a more idyllic location..

When the night fell, we went to an exclusive party at Darling Harbour (Home Nightclub), with a nice VIP entry, thanks to friends 😉. The party was all about dancing, fun and a lot of paint. The UV-paint was literately everywhere! The angels on the stage made sure all the people got covered completely under paint.
After recovering from the long night of dancing we went to the cinema on Sunday, for the new Godzilla movie. The XtremeCinema made it quite enjoyable with awesome sounds and a nice storyline.

The American army should be more involved in the movie, by setting up a trap or something with the radioactive waste, weapons. But it was more about the monsters, which was kind of a bummer...
But at least we saw the Fire-breath..

Looking nice :)
Maxim, Ik moest toch ooit iets op je blog posten, ook al is dat niet mijn grootste talent :) Ik ben blij dat je het goed stelt daar! De foto's en blogs zien er allemaal goed uit. Intussen zijn de examens hier bijna bezig (morgen nog les, nadien blok) en begint het einde van het jaar dus in zicht te komen. Het doet toch vreemd om alleen te studeren, wat we vorige 2 jaren steeds samen deden... Ook mijn buitenlandse stage staat vast intussen! Als we binnenkort eens skypen leg ik het wel uit. Doe je best nog daar en zorg voor een mooie verdediging! Ik kijk uit tot je terug bent! Thijs

Thanks mate, I'm glad you commented :p and it is indeed strange being away from family and friends, ... But on your internship you'll eventually experience the same feeling. I'm looking forward to catch up and have a taste of the beer you brewed ;) ! Maybe we could go to 'kapermolen' for an outdoor swim, if the weather is nice, I like the sun now ^^. Greetz, Maxim
