Josh and Helen
Josh havinghis back massaged DAY 381
I worry about the unthinkable happening, we have been blogging for over a year now, so what is the likelihood that we will accidentally entitle a blog with a name that we have used before, I wonder if any other blogger has had that problem? I am sure they have.
Yesterdays blog, I entitled “No Flies On Us”, I had to check back to see if we had used it, especially at Kalbarri in WA, there were so many flies when we went into the National Park to do the loop walk etc. when we had to use the fly nets. I cannot see the title so I used it, but I cannot remember when we were there so I had to wade through the dates to work it all out!
I have a message from the Wallaby Wanderers on Skype, they leave Kalbarri today and are heading south toward Perth, hopefully with a stop at Coronation Beach, nice place to stop, great sunset. They are having a blast in WA which makes me feel that we should head back to WA and do it all again plus the bits that we missed! Don't forget to
Jeffs Dogs
Brook and Wags check out
to find out what they have been up to.
This travel bug does get to you, I am not sure how easy it will be to stop, I don’t know what is normal any more except getting up in the morning and going to a different place, we need to find something to ground us a bit so that we can work out priorities. Priorities? Oh well perhaps the priority should be to go round again?
Today is my day for paperwork, I need to sort out insurance on the Patrol, the camper trailer and the registration (rego) is due on the trailer. So my task was to search the Internet for the best price, one came back double what ANZ quoted, there were others close to the mark, but still ANZ was cheaper so I just renewed it. The trailer is fairly cheap to insure anyway so that was easy enough.
I did a bit of reading and scanned a few more slides into the computer for Helen, I also uploaded another audio book into Itunes. So a quiet day for me by all counts, but Helen still had plenty of rushing around to do out there.
Andy went out at 7.00am this morning and the only time we saw Josh was when he came to pick up their sandwiches at lunch time and they only just walked in at 9.30 this evening, so it has been another extremely busy and long day. Andy tells me that they have stripped the 6 smaller paddocks today, but it is all done, and the equipment is all moved ready again for tomorrow.
As Andy had cooked one of his speciality dishes for us all the day before, so tonight we are going to have curry, all of us except for Robert who doesn’t like hot food, but Helen has done him something else, Andy does have the taste for hot food, so I prepare the Poddadoms and get the meal timed as best as we could so it is ready for the boys arrival.
The boys have left the header in Woodstck yard tonight so it can be prepped here tomorrow, they only have a short walk to the house and pile in laughing and joking, its good to see them all in good spirits, especially after such a long tiring day.
On the Cruiser
Brook and Wags sit on the Cruiser with a peep from them We have laid the table as there will be six for dinner, Helen, Robert, Josh, Jason, Andy and myself the food is brought to the table and everyone dives in.
It seems to go down well which is good and in no time the boys are all looking whacked and in need of some sleep, Andy gets up first and announces he is off to bed, I have only seen him for about ¾ of an hour it will be another long day tomorrow, he needs a shower then some sleep.
So again, until tomorrow.
