“Should we stay or should we go now” as the late great Joe Strummer would of said if he was staying in Mackay with Michaela and Trevor! We had a nice warm cozy bed with air-conditioning, a shower and soft toilet paper only feet from our room; not having to walk half way across a muddy campsite in the dark, a fridge full of goodies including Trevor's homemade Anzac biscuits and Rum Balls and n... Poor Pris
Dumped after carrying you both safely for over 22,000K's, how could you?, Poor old girl out lived her usefulness and passed on to to be abused by someone else, I hope you sleep at night. I know you have had a good trip back to Sydney stopping off at some of the places we stopped at including Agnes Waters only we thought Seventeen Seventy was an old town built in that year when we couldn't find it we asked at a tourist information where it was. I think they are still laughing - Silly brits. We know now it was when Captain Cook landed. I'm glad Rob you did find your perfect wave because you could not have left Oz without trying out the sUrf and of course Kirstin you made the perfect "Surf chic" waiting patiently while the man plays. As always stay safe and look after each other. Love you lots

G'day how are ya.
Long time since we met, Pen turns 60 next month. I left that behind some years ago. We are still travelling around Oz. With our two girls as well and their kids as we all have kombi type vans, occasionally with our son and his kids. Hope you are as well. Hope you are both fit and well. Accidently ran into your site. Thankyou for the nice words about us as well as my poems. We say the same of you to our friends. I have had a book printed of some of my poems. It's called Reality in Rhyme. Printed in Dec last. If you are interested you can purchase on line, of course The Beach is in it, a total of 58 poems. Hope this finds you, where ever you are, happy and content with your life. Love Penny and Gary
