The best restaurant around town The best restaurant around town The best restaurant around town

If you do not have a reservation by 3 p.m. you will not get into this wonderful restaurant. It has been remodeled to resemble the old western saloon of the 1800's and the food is outstanding.
Gold Miners poured into this district in the late 1860's and within a few months created three typical gold camps: South Pass City, Atlantic City, and Hamilton City later named Miner's Delight. Today Atlantic City can easily claim the title as the boom/bust capital of Wyoming. Since its official platting on April 13, 1868, the town has experienced a continual series of mining booms and busts, all but one tied to the fortunes of gold. By the 1950's, Atlantic City was considered a ghost town and for several winters the population consisted of three or four people. There are two great restaurants here still in operation today.

Another great restaurant owned by two retired school teachers from California. Great Sweet Potatoe Chips made fresh.
