San Francisco To Crater Lake.


We took the California Zephyr amtrak from Chicago to San Francisco.
What a very scenic train trip. The best amtrak trip I have taken and
I have taken practically all of them except the Soutwest Chief.

We spent a couple of days in San Francisco. Took a tour and there are many
different ones so look at all you get before investing.



From San Francisco we drove a rental car to Crescent City. It was awesome
going through the Redwood Forest. We took our time and stopped in
different places and took pictures. Crescent City was beautiful.

From Crescent City we drove to Crater Lake Oregon. THis is a must see.
Pictures do not do this lake at the top of a volcano any justice.

From there we flew home! Great trip if you like jamming in lots of
things and areas to see.
