After walking and sightseeing for the last two days we decided we needed a break in the action. In between doing our weekly laundry we all took a bike ride around the campgrounds. The 65 degree weather made it perfect to ride in. After the laundry was done we played a card game called three. Thanks Jon & Joyce for teaching us the game. Then we all hooped on our bikes and rode down to the Village for lunch. We figured the ride down and back knocked off about 1/2 of our calories from lunch. This evening we took off for Lamar Valley where we were told we should be able to see some wildlife. There are definitely ALOT of buffalo in Yellowstone since that was mainly all we saw. We did get a glimpse of a black bear and some mule deer. Once the sun goes down in Yellowstone it is really pitch, black dark.
