Day 19 - Lincoln, NE - Laramie, WY

From Theo’s point of view.....

I get the duty of blogging today. I must say I really enjoyed Lincoln, NE.

Today we stopped at Ft Kearny or what is left which is nothing! It is just some replicas of a black smith shop and a fort wall. This fort is where the people on the Oregon Trail would stop to make repairs and get much needed supplies. It was a very important stopping spot. It was a nice area where we were able to get out and stretch our legs.

Next we were off to see Buffalo Bills home. WOW! What a place the house was. It was beautiful and the barn was magnificent. We were able to see Chief Sitting Bull memorabilia as well. We did not have much time to look as we had a long drive ahead.

We were all thinking of this pizza place we know of in Laramie Wyoming all day! Oh the pizza is great! So anyway...we get there and they are CLOSED on Sunday’s!!! Looks like it is Chili’s.

Not too long of a drive tomorrow for Wendover, NV!
