Travelled to Snoqualmie Falls about 39 miles from Tacoma with Heather at the wheel of her delightful new car, her dad Dennis a little twitchy at the car's proximity to the traffic in front! Walked to the base of the falls and stopped for a bite to eat on the way back. Did I say bite? You don't get bites in USA, half a buffalo more like it - wow!

I thought we'd never eat that BBQ when we get back.................................but we did. Thanks Catharine!!
