The red of the tulips really brought out the red accents on the old school bus. Why it's in the field, no idea. Fun backdrop for photos, maybe?

Later in the day it was hard to take a photo without people in the background. Here they actually complimented the shot. Not so in all the others.

Do they bring out my eyes? The whole "pretend you're surrounding in flower petals" works much better if you're around 3ft tall.

After a few minutes all I heard from Andras was "I'm tired of seeing purple, lets find another color."

Nothing so great about this photo, other than it shows just how large these plots are.

Oh, that's right. After the tulip-mania we headed to Whidbey Island and Deception Pass State Park for a stroll on the beach before going home. The End!

Tulips Photo
Hello Stephanie and Andras, My fiancée loves purple tulips! So, when it came time this weekend to make the wedding invitations, I wanted that theme in the invitation. I love your photo here, and assuming you don't mind, will incorporate it into our invitations. If it were my photo, I'd love to know that someone thought it was that good, so - here I am. Telling you I think it's that good! Nathan.

I actually came by your website because of the great picture at the top, mainly because I have been trying to take some photos my child smelling roses (http://www.dailyvowelmovements.blogspot.com/2011/12/stop-and-smell-roses.html). Anyway, great photo.
