Now I have one from LA.We had enough time to visit with Nathan O'day in the Student Center at LeTourneau University. Nathan's parents are CAM missionaries and also Moody grads. We also had enough time to visit with Dr. Shelton. He would travel down to Bolivia and we would help with the connections to Rincon del Tigre. After the LeTourneau stop, we stopped by Keith and Debbie Wilkerson's house. Load in. Show. Load out. Everything went really well and really quick. House was brand new and beautiful; just opened in August. Automated fly rail an everything. I’m not sure how I feel about that because it took a while to get things moving, and you could really only do one at a time. My console was fine, and Kyle was super excited to get his hands on a PM5D. I got to play with it a bit, and he showed me some things. Always good learning new things. Here I sit for another four hours with a measly meal voucher as a consolation prize. I won't get to Marshall until at least 10PM, at which time my poor parents will have to come pick me up. I'm beginning to lose my faith in Greyhound. The low price of the tickets represents what we evidently don't pay for. That is, timeliness, customer courtesy, and creature comfort. The lack of comfort I expected. The other missing components are a little more disappointing. Horror stories from fellow travelers don't help at all. Greyhound employees making people cry, security guards breaking their promises. The man in line ahead of me was missing ... read more
