Back from our trip to Africa and Switzerland and a little warmer weather. One of the things we enjoy doing while here in Llano is paddling on the Llano river. We have spent many an early morning watching the sun rise over the river and enjoying the birds and other wildlife we may happen upon.

Friend Jerry had come to visit us and we all decided to take advantage of the beautiful weather and go for a paddle at Robinson park. Laura is still in the inflatable cast and so we put together the Sea Eagle kayak and took one of our smaller one man kayaks for Jerry.

It was a great day and we had found a good place to hold the boat steady to allow safe entry cast and all! Paddled across the river to the side with very little settlement and then crossed back over and headed back home.

Nice place to be.
