Orlando was good, did the usual theme park shananigans. Oh...I failed to read the small print when booking our hotel, should have known it was too good to be true. We ended up committed to a time share presentation as part of the terms and conditions of the booking...very painful. We then headed off to the everglades where Ron was set on finding a alligator to wrestle . Untold Mosquitoes and giantic spiders everywhere! In the time it took Ron to walk from one side of the car to the other there were already four Mossies feasting on his face, a good excuse for a slap or what! Whilst in Florida yet another storm hit the coast hard which meant that the florida keys were inaccessible. On the way back up the coast we stopped off in Miami where we hit the usual tourist spots, a great place for people watching.

The states of Alabama and Georgia have revealed some gems too. The worlds largest chair, savannah's plantations, and real life hillbilly folk. They really do all speak like that y'all. They also seem to lack geographical knowledge with classics like "Wow, London, that's in Paris right?" and "Is the UK out of state?" Nobody seems to understands the Queens english and Ron has to translate for me the majority of the time due to my French accent!

We made it into Tennessee and have done the mandatory stops at Graceland, Memphis and all the country music spots Ron could stomach in Nashville. We are now in Pigeon Forge, staying in the valleys of Dolly Partons' Smokey Mountain home...Dollywood here we come.
