good moring friends, all is well. nice and overcast and cool here in the great state of tennessee, city of knoxvegas (knoxville). whats else? green tea and ....
when you wake up make your bed, put your clothes away
be practical
an orderly life is a good life, no?
keeps the mind organized?
creating good ritual is good, no?
make , create healthy rituals in your life i would say
and love and change is on the way
what more can i say
movies and food and couches and...
hurt baby birds who need a nice send off to the next world
ice cream and senses
touch
taste
sound
smell
sight
i am filtering, holding back
why?
scared
already afraid to let go
don't be afraid
all is well!
but each moment is a gathering then releasing
all in love
and so... just go with it.
see what happens and have the time of your life
family is powerful
some broken, some whole
what a beautiful thing i imagined that a couple creating a family could bring an even greater family together
isn't that the dream?
the thing to do before one dies?
start small then watch it grow
because you know
all is love
watching 2 grown to one
and then expansion
from there
scarry
but life
and creation
peace on earth
and prayer
or silence
the listening
whatever comes to you at the pre-dinner ritual
like the quakers
if you feel moved just say it!
ritual
healthy ritual
good for you is good for "them"
just start small
make your bed
etc.
here is something i wrote yesterday.
isn't it the invisible that gives life?
the invisible that holds us to the ground?
to break free of the ground
is to become the invisible
the air
the wingless
space
isn't it the ineffable, the unknowable, the inexplainable that
gives life life?
the great mystery
the shadow withtin the shadow?
the seeming chaotic twirl of
atomic activity
life
isn't it the bird chirp that brings you back from
the muse that took you for a ride
the muse, thought coincide
the seen, the heard are they different
then a memory?
different then the imagined?
isn't it the seen that is the input
and the unseen that is the output?
does the seen, heard, felt, etc. beget
the output, the muse, the thought?
or does the muse, thought, beget
create
the output
the outside world?
isn't it the fellow human that brings you
back to the task of the day
the practical
the mechanical
the cycle
the growing grass and house
in the middle of it
and the desire to have it
cut to make
room, and create space
isn't it, isn't it the breath that gives life
and whence it stops
space encapsualtes, space IS
the space that is the breathless
and where do you go
whence the breath stops
if anywhere
is there an actual
place
or just a
state
of
being
isn't it the invisible that beings us back?
to the felt,
sensed, seen,
touched, tasted
the world as
we know it right
now?
And when we come what then?
can't stop runnin
can't stop runnin
from your self
you can't stop runnin
there's no one else
from the sky above
to the ground below
you can't stop runnin
there's no one else
you get in a pickle
and make a relish
relish the moment
its only as good as it gets
helen and jack from the movie
work it out
work it out
can't stop runnin from yourself
can't stop runnin there's no one else
when times are rough
smooth em out
a little sand paper
work the kink out
times are easy
don't make 'em hard
only if you want to
why would you?
can't stop runnin from your self
can't stop runnin
there's no one else
ask your friends
for a little help
sing a song
pick the Beatle out
or your life
that's been rootin around
can't stop runnin
from it all
