Newport

Taylor here, today at about 9 am Lisa and I went and got the car and we all drove to Newport RI. A soon as we got their we changed and went to the beach which was my favorite because last time I was at the ocean it was windy and really cold. We went to two beaches second beach and Easton beach,second beach Anna, Dakota and I rented body boards we spent aboit and hour and half body boarding it was so much fun. Then on Easton beach it was a little weedy and Anna had weeds coming out of her hair when she brushed it gross! When we left the beach we got frozen lemomade that was really refreshing. After we all showered up we went to town and walked around got a few souvenirs than we ate The Red Parrot and Lisa ordered lobster ravioli and Anna ordered pasta and Grandpa ordered Mediterrian pasta and Dakota ordered cocount shrimp and I ordered sesame salmon salad...with deep fried pickles and shark bites for appetizers....great day and dinner.




It is complete, I have officially been to all 50 states, today's trip to Rhode Island was the last one. We had a beautiful day at the beach. We had lunch at Flo's clam shop, a seaside fish joint. Dad and I had a lobster roll and a beer, the kids ate overlooking the ocean. After dinner we did a drive by of the mansions, which are crazy. So many and so big, I will have to do some research on why there are so many here. Once back at the hotel the kids went in the pool for one last swim -Lisa
