For so long fear had entangled my life. I was stuck in a rut that I didn't know how to climb out of. Then came the day that opened my eyes, to all the good this world has to offer.

I was invited to take a trip with my husband and my in-laws to Davis, Oklahoma. While there we hiked up mountains, sat on the edge of high cliffs, swam under waterfalls, explored abandoned castles, and gambled for the first time at a casino.

Although this trip was only a few days, it gave me the chance to grow as a person and an even big desire and need to travel to see more places.

No more fear, no more holding myself back because the situation's outcome looks bleak or it's out of my comfort zone. This will be the year that changes my future for the better.
