This day two weeks from now we will be in Chicago staying with old friends Roger and Carole Willer, who have kindly offered to let us leave our car with them, and transport us to and from O'hare.
Early in the morning of July 20th we got a "sharp" reminder that our circumnavigation of the globe was quickly approaching! Here is Jean with our friendly nurse at the Cleveland Clinic, who had just plunged the entire needle into each of our arms for the Hepatitis A shot! Tomorrow we take the last of our Typhoid tablets, and then we are fully prepared for Malaysia according to the doctor in the Travel Center.
The injection was painless, but she really does bury it completely in your arm, and I swear that I saw it come out the other side!
