All good things must come to end....But Not For Us! Christmas has come early. Sam & Sandy are going to come and visit with us in Wellsville. Hallelujah! We are so excited. We packed up our homes on wheels, leaving behind the Rally memories. We thought the rally ended today but it's tomorrow. No matter, we had seen and done all we wanted to do. We are happy - we won the big prize: being with all our good friends. The rain returned to accompany us just as we pulled out of the parking areas. Fortunately, at our first stop along the Thruway for the dump station use, the rain has let up....at least for now. But no matter....it can't rain on this parade we have going. Just as we left the truck stop, the rains resumed. No matter (repeating myself)....as long as the windshield wipers work. June is not seeming like its usual nice summer month. Oh Boy, the rain continues to fall in the same torrents we experienced upon arriving at the Rally. This time it's poor Cory & Sandy who have waded through the ponds and lakes at our next rest stop for food. Sam and I stay

all warm, dry and cozy inside the RV's waiting for their return from the food run. Happy Father's Day! I think we are in monsoon season...has to be. Back on the road and what a ride....rain, no rain, rain again and even a couple spots of sunshine (but not much) backed by black skies. Knowing of a detour in our neck of the woods, we guided our fearsome duo around our usual pathway home. Finally by late afternoon we hit the big metropolis of Shongo. I'm sure Sam & Sandy thought we were lost or at least, homeless and just traveled the countryside - never to reach a landing pad. But we were home: safe and sound. Sam followed Cory as they both eased their dinosaur size RV's between our pole barn and The Church (remember the church that Cory once encountered with our RV). Sam positioned his coach next to the pole barn (and church) in order to hook up to our 50 amp service. That's all it takes. They leveled their home with their air bags, brought out their full wall slide outs, disconnected their car and they were all set. It is amazing the flexibility and ease

this lifestyle provides. How could we have even imagined that we would have our dear friends right here living next door. Just awesome. Life is so good. So our day ended as it began: together again with two very special people: Sam & Sandy. We wish you all could join us so if you are passing by in Shongo: stop and spend some time with our good friends. You will enjoy them as much as we do. We'll keep the light on for you.
