Campground? What campground?
Hello Again!
Vegas was very interesting as we first pulled up to the Circus Circus KOA and it as just a large parking lot with motor homes. We went to sign in for our tent site and they told us they did have a patch of grass in the corner to put tents on... we had a look and went back to the office and asked for our money back. The guy was understanding and told us he is not supposed to tell us not to stay there. He was also not allowed to tell us that the hotel is actually cheaper than the patch of grass that has a sign telling people not to let their dogs poop there. So we stayed at Circus Circus for two nights and it was fun and full of kids.

The second night we met up with Chris W. and he took us to the Bellagio for dinner and then up to the roof in the dome to see the strip and the water show... it was awesome. Thanks Chris! See you in Dorchester soon. We're not big gambler's, so you will not find any suspense-laden poker tales here. Las Vegas is just

unique because you can tell (on the strip anyway) that there are no expenses spared. All the lights, huge billboards, free shows and top acts in such a dense area. The other "unique" thing about Vegas is that prostitution is legal. As you walk down the street men and women hand you baseball cards with naked women on them with prices and phone numbers. There are drive-by billboards with adds for the same. When we were leaving for Cali there is a billboard reading "Ladies- Need another $500 to stay in Vegas? Call 1-800-whatever". So different from Massachusetts.

Next update: Huntington Beach, CA!

PS- We did not see the crew from C.S.I. 😞

This was a free show with music, dancing, pyrotechnics, water splashing the audience and they "sank" one of the ships. Clearly the casinos have money to burn.

Can you say jealous?
Not of the piece of grass you were supposed to camp on, but everything else... you guys are so lucky! Have fun in Phoenix, I miss you both bunches, and I can't wait to see you! Oh, and your neighbors hate you. Sorry! <3

I loved the top of the bell tower too it makes you feel special you save on money then going to the top of the Paris. At least we got VIP treatment from Chris w going to miss seeing him at Bellagio though. Circus circus yeah good thing you guys did rent a room. I be scared to stay out at night with all those crazy drunks and bums in Vegas. But, then again I am petrified to sleep out side period lmao.
