KOA Camp Ground
View of Glacier National Park from our campgroundAfter Yellowstone we headed north through Montana. A one night stop over in Helena Montana then a stop at Glacier National Park (Montana). This US national park is close to the Canadian boarder. The main attraction is a drive on the "Follow the Sun Road" which takes you through mountain passes and glacier views to the Pacific side the Rocky Mountains. Unfortunately, when we arrived they were still clearing snow through the mountain road (it is closed during the winter). We could only travel about 20% of the route. The drive was beautiful. We stayed one night at the KOA outside the park and headed to the Canadian border early the next morning. See photos of border crossing.
