The weather held beautiful for our visit with the grand kids and was absolutely perfect for our walk along Rock Creek with John and Kari, but with snow forecasted for that night we headed back to Billings thinking we'd be safe.

Wrong. We woke to a couple inches of the nasty stuff and it trailed us doggedly all the way through Wyoming till we got to Denver, where we finally found the sun again.
