4/27/2012 - Branson, MO day trip to Bella Vista, AR

4/27/2012 - Jack & Barbara left for Florida this morning. We slept in and then left around noon to visit Aleta's sister in Bella Vista, AR. She has had some health problems, but recovering well. Fran had prepared a good supper for us and we enjoyed it with them. Smothered pork chops with potatoes, onions, and carrots. Then Fran and Johnny took us for a ride around Bella Vista, Rogers, and Bentonville. Saw the first store opened by Sam Walton - The Walton's 5 & 10.

You can really tell this is the home of Wal-Mart with all the corporate buildings in this area.

On the way back to Branson, we stopped off for a square dance with the Ridge Rockers of Pea Ridge, AR. Was a really enloyable dance and all the dancers were friendly. The back to Branson and the RV.
