After our sweet time with the Pouncys, we headed towards Jackson, Mississippi, where Lois Paul lives with her daughter, Quita.
On our way to Jackson, we stopped at a Rest stop to do a Letterbox. Now I have a LB from the state of Mississippi
We got to Jackson, Mississippi just before 7pm. They had texted us and we said we would get there in time for dinner. The meal was pork chops, potatoes and delicious pear salad.
Lois and her husband Marty were Team leaders for PMT back in 1977. Marty died in 2002. Lois had lived out in California for all these years with her son and daughter in law, Geri. However, they did add an addition to Quita's house and Lois moved out to Mississippi like 2 years ago.
It was fun to visit with Lois. We also did "Facetime" with Ken and Mary Royer. Reminds me of the times I would "Facetime" with Marcia Baker out to the Royers.
We determined that we would need to leave on Tuesday morning to get all the way to Tyler, with stops in Ringold, LA, Shreveport and
