All conference, all the time.

Today was dedicated towards my conference: an 8am Think Tank, running a roundtable, chairing a panel. I walked to the conference center (one block away) outdoors, to help wake myself up ... but I always used the "skywalk" after that. Rather nice you can cover lots of the downtown without going out of doors. Today was grey, overcast, and windy (and cold), so I had no desire to be outside.

In the evening, we took a cab out to a restaurant called Northeast Social, which was very good, and fun, with a pressed tin ceiling and old brick architecture. We met Amy and her partner, and it was great to reconnect.

Amy and Igor drove us back to the hotel (which was very nice of them), then we had drinks at the hotel bar, since it was included with our room. Then, to bed.
