The day of the Boston marathon and the redsocks are playing as well.
We decided to get away from it so went to the J F Kennedy Presendential library and museum.
Went too far on the Metro and ended out in the suburbs.
Back tracked though and found the place. Beautiful building set on the waterfront.
Very moving experience and you were left to think about everything yourself.
You could not come out of the place without being deeply moved. Where did it all go wrong?
Decided to take a bus back into Boston and had to wait 40 minutes for it. Got talking to a young student from
California. She had never heard of the London Marathon.
Then back to the hotel by Metro. Lots of very tired runners to be seen.
Long journey tomorrow and we hope that we can upgrade on the train back to New York. We then pick up a limousine to the
airport. Home on Wednesday.
