1. The article was about Bangladesh's government had a buliding collaspe of an eight-story building housing five garment factories. The garment workers can not form a union and do not have the right to assemble. The government finally allowed the garment worker to form a assemble and have a union. The reason the government allow this because the factories collasped. Moreover, their was a pay raise because of the building collasped. I think that human rights were violated because the building collasped cause people to talk the garment workers working condtion. The factory lacked emergency exits, and its owner said only three floors were legally built. I think the government should closed that factory and continue to search for the survivors. Moreover, the Blangladesh's government should provide regularly inspections on factories.
