9/21/21 We woke up this morning to a rainy Arnold, MO. It was dark and gloomy when I got up just before 7 AM. Eventually the rain went away, but the clouds stayed for good part of the day. Now you are in places we have been
Much of this route is one we have done just exploring the area and, of course, visiting Hannibal. The Snow Emergency Route is a plan to make sure that there is an evacuation plan to get in and out of a city. This route gets the first pas by snowplows -- if your car is in the way, they push it out of the way. This is a program that is announced when it is implemented. Comparing your findings on the cities that had the premium business's, 3M and John Deere, versus other small towns that are decaying away. It is all about a good job. Towns that have a place where people can go to earn a living, will prosper. In others, the young people must leave to be able to earn a living. We just need more businesses to operate in those rural environments. Always enjoy following your blogs!
