1 This event takes place Chicago.

2. The Chicago Board of Education is involved.

3. The right to education is being violated.

4. The Chicago Board of Education decided to close fifty schools and programs. I feel that this will make life harder for children that lived in that area because now that their neighborhood school is closing they might have to travel further to go to school. I don't think enough is being done because it didn't seem like anyone did anything to stop the vote from going through. Instead of closing down the schools they could have went in and inspected the schools and told the principles what to change and if they didn't change it; they could have closed it down.
