Shoshone Falls
I can see why Onathiel likes Shoshone Falls. Combined with the cascades they look like an interesting place to visit and a fun place to explore.

why preserves are the favorite of anarchists
Apparently national monuments can be declared without congressional approval (the designation typically applies to areas with less "diverse resources"). Looks like the "preserve" designation allows certain activities restricted in national parks. So go crazy with the fire! Kath
