On Friday we left Gravite Lake, Clarkston, WA and had another interesting drive through wheat fields. The wheat has now been harvested and the hay was being cut and baled. Friday afternoon we arrived in Coeur d'Alene, Idaho, where we planned to stay over the long holiday weekend. Once again we have a beautiful spot righ near the water. Coeur d'Alene is the home of North Idaho State University which sits on the banks of Lake Coeur d'Alene almost in the heart of town. With so many big lakes and rivers in this area it is certainly the place for boating. All kinds of water toys can be found here from small inflatable rafts to huge motor launches.
