For the last 11 days, I have been participating in a Vipassana meditation retreat in Jesup, Georgia. I first learned about Vipassana meditation four years ago when I was returning from my trip to Myanmar and Europe. My travels made me curious about mediation, and as fate would have it, I sat next to a woman on the airplane who had just completed a Vipassana meditation course.
