Day 1 -6/23/10

As we make our last minute preparations to depart on our first extended travel adventure, reality kicks in, we will not make our 10:00 A.M. departure. After getting all of the last minute items (that we think we could ever need) we depart Acworth, Ga. about 4 hrs. later than planned.
We are supposed to meet Leta and Shelby, who have been in Louisiana for family reunions, in Olive Branch, Ms. for dinner. Oh well! Late dinner is better than no dinner.
Overnight at Flying J, Olive Branch, Ms.
