The spring empties into a river, which is great for kayaking or canoeing. This park includes 6,400 acres, so there are lots of good hiking trails. A section of the Florida Scenic Trail (orange/white blazes) was our choice. The trail is well marked, no hills, (Well this IS Florida!) so it was a walk in the jungle for a few hours.
