Getting close. Arrived yesterday at Camping World (Tampa). Car battery was dead so Cory had to jump it - we really have to figure out what drains it. We left the RV parked there and headed off for some lodging. What better place than the Hard Rock Casino since we knew we were going there anyway. Wonderful accommodations. Lulu is living the high life: loves their bathrobe and talking on the toilet telephone. Such a diva. Made a little stir when checking into the room. When unloading our bags, the bellhop woman started hollering "what are these??.....tic tacs or drugs....looks like drugs!!" There were zillions of little white pills all over the floor from one of our bags. She started digging through our bags like a DEA agent. I kept saying I didn't know what they were but I am sure she thought they were OxyContin or the like and that we were dealing drugs. We finally found a bottle of Cory's Zyrtec medication that had spilled its contents. Na-Na-Na-Na....we are not criminals! We tossed our things in the room and headed off to the casino. The Penny Slots are a safe harbor for me. No crap tables so Mr. Lucky

would have to do his work with the slot machines. I am usually "Ms. Loser" but wait.....the tide has the turned.....a new experience awaits me. Cory must have rubbed up against me and brought me luck because I WON! With a minimum bet of 25 cents and three spins of the wheel, I won $1700.69 on the progressive slot machine. Yahooooooo ----Luckeeeeeee Me! The attendant took my ID information and handed me the cash. WOW - a first for me. But I am not smug because today I was back to my usual self - no wins. Fortunately, Mr. "L" stays steady and consistent. His wins always keep us in the game and forging on. As I studiously prepare this blog, Cory works his wonders again on the casino floor. We took a break from the gambling life and had our Wal-Mart fix. We ate dinner tonight at Willie's Fish Camp (a favorite place of ours). Tomorrow we have to be at Camping a World by 8:00 AM for the de-winterization. Hopefully, it won't take long and we can be on our way. Tropical Palms is an hour away and we are excited to get there. We are still wearing

winter coats but it looks like we might be able to shed them in a couple days. Guilt consumes us as we communicate with our daughter Lory. She and Jay have been checking on our house frequently during the below freezing temperatures at home. A State of Emergency has been declared in our county. We send WARMing wishes to everyone back home. This, too, will pass.
